1. General

Your participation in this ‘$500 Prezzy Card’ Promotion with Seda Electrical (hereby referred to as the “Deal”), is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By participating in the Promotion, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion Summary

To qualify, purchase and install any Mitsubishi Ducted Residential Air Conditioner from Seda Electrical between 1 July 2025 and 30 August 2025, to get a $500 Prezzy Card.

3. Eligible Purchases

To be eligible for entry, the following conditions must be met:

a. Purchase and install any Mitsubishi Ducted Residential Air Conditioner

b. Purchases must be invoiced within the promotion period (1 July 2025 to 30 August 2025). Installation delays will not affect eligibility, provided the order meets all other criteria.

c. Only purchases from Seda Electrical are eligible.

d. Purchases must be paid in full and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or cancelled. If a qualifying purchase is returned or cancelled after the Prezzy Card has been issued, the value of the Prezzy Card will be forfeited and deducted from any applicable refund.

4. Period

a. The qualifying purchase must be made between 1 July 2025 and 30 August 2025.

b. Deal ends at 12:00 a.m. on 31 August 2025.

5. Prezzy Card Details

a. Qualifying purchasers will receive a Prezzy Card valued at $500 (including any fees and GST).

b. The Prezzy Card is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

c. Seda Electrical may substitute it if necessary.

6. Publicity and Use of Personal Information

a. By accepting this Deal, you agree that Seda Electrical may use your name, image, and entry for promotional purposes related to this campaign, in various forms of media, without additional compensation.

b. As a condition of accepting the Prezzy Card, the qualifying purchaser agrees to take part in reasonable promotional activity, such as being photographed by Seda Electrical. These images may be used to promote the campaign across Seda Electrical’s marketing channels for a reasonable period after the Prezzy Card is issued.

c. Personal information provided will be used in accordance with and for the purpose of administering this promotion.

7. Social Media Disclaimer

Any and all deals or promotions are in no way sponsored or endorsed by Facebook or Instagram. By entering, you release Meta Platforms, Inc. from all responsibility.

8. Governing Law

All promotions are governed by New Zealand law. Any disputes will be resolved by New Zealand courts.

9. General Conditions

a. Seda Electrical may amend or cancel the Deal at any time.

b. All decisions made by Seda Electrical regarding the Deal, including but not limited to eligibility, verification, and issue are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

c. Any breach of these terms may result in disqualification.

d. Seda Electrical is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation or prize use.

e. By accepting, you agree to indemnify Seda Electrical against any claims related to your acceptance or use.

10. Intellectual Property

a. All intellectual property related to this Deal belongs to Seda Electrical.

b. Qualifying purchases must comply with New Zealand law and not infringe on third-party rights.

11. Eligibility

a. Open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over.

b. Employees of Seda Electrical, Seda Electrical agencies and their immediate families are not eligible.

12. Entry Limits

a. One entry per qualifying unit.
